If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or request a free alteration within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit the 'My Orders' section on our website and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request ID.

  Quality Check & Packing

  Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them back in the original packaging.

  Scheduled Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Refund or Alteration

  Once the item passes our inspection, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or begin crafting your updated garment.
